Agency Vent

So.... let's see.

 1. Homestudy was conducted on 1/13/13. We were supposed to have it to the agency by 2/13/13. Agency informed us they received it on 3/26/13. They take two weeks to send it to us (we got it on 4/18) it's riddled with factual errors (small ones, but still errors). Oh, they've dated it 3/18....

2. For an agency that prides themselves on always having "human contact," I feel like most of my contact is with a barely friendly receptionist. 

3. I feel like they are pressuring me to "give up" the expectant mom match that we have purely because it would be fiscally better for them if they found us a birth mom.

  • Well, they are not doing a very good job of finding a e mother for us....after a year.

    Def. limited human contact.....and they are magically always about to call me when I call there.

    I just sent an email to the owner 15 min.

  • I completely understand how frustrating it is when you are dealing with an agency that is not responsive and makes lots of (small) mistakes.  Most of all, I hated getting the run-around.
