charlie horse cramp

Since 2nd tri started almost everynight at around 3  in the morning , I get a crucial Charlie horse in my calf on my right leg ,  And it stays locked up for like 5 min Even after the Charlie horse is done, I still feel super sore in that muscle . I have tried eating more potassium and magnesium, and take tums for extra calcium.  Its crazy that its every night in the same area. It kills! Anyone else have this problem?

  • If you can quickly sit up and put your foot on the floor and slowly flatten it so your heel gets to the floor, it will stop! Found this trick out and it has saved me ever since.
