NA Beer

Did anyone drink NA beer while pregnant? If so, does it completly taste like crap? What type of "normal" beer does it mostly resemble?

I didn't drink it with DD but this time, I sometimes find myself craving a cold beer. Since all studies show that the % of alcohol is ~ the same as some juices, I'm tempted to try it. I'm not an alcoholic so I do not "need" to try it...just sometimes tempted when we are dining out.

I missed beer with food SO much during pregnancy. The only NA beer that I liked was St. Pauli's girl. It's sort of hard to find but actually tasted like their regular beer. Not great, but good.

I was also ok with having a small glass of DH's bee

I had wicked cravings for beer while pg, so I tried several different varieties of NA stuff. In my total unscientific opinion, as a person who enjoys good beer while not pg, was that O'Doul's was a good substitute, especially the Amber brew, and Clausthal

When I drink a normal beer, I tend to stick to either Mich Ultra or good ol' Bud Light. Does either O'Douls or St. Paulie's taste like either? I hate the beers where you can taste too much hops (tends to occur with micro-brews)

And, after you're much further along, Michelob Ultra is only like 2 percent alcohol. If you're really jonesing for a beer and nothing else is hitting the spot.

I've been enjoying becks na and kaliber. They are my favorite so far.

I agree with most so far. O'douls amber is by far my favorite. This time around I've been more ok about having sips of DHs beer. I've had a Guinness here and there, though I made sure to savor it, took me about an hour to drink one.
