Suggest AI2'

My friend is starting to CD her 6 week old, 12lbs baby boy and likes the idea of Best Bottoms. I know you have to buy 3 different insert types as the baby grows and I'm wondering what other AI2 diapers are out there that would snap in. Also, I find that Best Bottoms run small so maybe some that are a bit more roomy as he is a big guy. I know about flips but not any others. She would also be interested in AIO's that you don't need to stuff, like Grovia AIO's.

Also, are there any sales you can suggest for the diapers you suggest? Thanks so much! I really want her to love and stick with CD's!

  • I like the Grovia AI2 and most sites have them for 20 off right now. I have only tried the stay dry inserts, but they have organic cotton too. The inserts snap into the shell.

  • We use Grovia AI2s (and AIOs) and I love them. I've used both the stay dry and the organic cotton inserts. The organic cotton are definitely my favorite because they hold SO MUCH. Grovias are also all 20% off right now for Earth Day.

  • The only thing with the grovia insert being one size is that it would be very big on a 6 week old. I tried them on DD around 2 months and still had to fold it down (making it bulky. I like the covers though, I'm using them over fitteds for now.
