Ive read several articles, some saying how bad it is for the baby from abandonment issues to high blood pressure and agression whereas others say it helps teach them to self soothe. Well my LO used to be a great sleeper but now shes terrible. She fights about an hr every night to go to sleep before she gives in. Well im sick of it quite frankly so I want to try the CIO method. Have you seen any thing negative as a result of using this method?

We've used this with DD and, well, she is only 9 months so it really is too soon to tell whether she has suffered any permanent da
We usually have a good sleeper but are are nights when he wants to eat just for eatings sake. If he's been in a good sleep pattern for days and then changes to this we let him cry it out.

This stuff is just ridiculous to me. Sorry. I said it. We let little man "cry it out" I guess..but not by abandoning him. It wasn't anything I read in a book. Just something that I came up with after talking with my mom and some friends. He was 6 month
I have read so many articles on this and honestly, my honest opinion - it depends on your baby! is your baby high strung, is your baby mild mannered - you know, its all about your baby as an individual -
Now, the CIO method, it doesnt wo
We've also done sleep training. All we've noticed is a much happier more rested baby, who can put himself to sleep at night and when he wakes up in the MOTH. I researched a few books online before purchasing The Sleep Easy Solution. You just need to do
