Sharp pains in head

For the past few hours I have been having a sporadic sharp pain on the left side of my head. It lasts for about
45 seconds and then goes away. Should I be worried?

I've gotten that for years. Not often, just every once in a great while. It hurts but it's more shocking than anything. My guess was always stress.

Me too. I call it the brain pain.  Very creative I know.  I don't know what it is, or why it happens.  My husband gets this too.  My dr once told me years ago that its normal.
