Took DH to be seen today for his vomiting and ended up being seen myself due to almost passing out. My BP dropped to 48/22 while standing and was only 98/67 while laying down. I ended up with a bag of fluid plus an extra bag with Potassium due to my potassium being only 3. I'm absolutely miserable and zofran isn't helping the nausea. Any suggestions for some relief? Had to send LO with his pap today for awhile so I could get some rest.

I would just say drink lots of water and get plenty of rest. Something similar happened to me last pregnancy, but I did not take any Tylenol or anything bc I didn't want to run the risk of it going to the baby. GL
