Strep help!!!!!

Just got diagnosed with strep throat. 7 week old baby. They gave me a rocephen shot and amoxicillin. Highly conteagous. Baby is at my parents already. I have a small. Very small freezer stash. Maybe 5 feedings worth. Should I pump and dump for 24 hrs? What about the antibiotics?

    Exactly what AmyG said. It's best to nurse baby so she's getting the milk you're making now, which contains antibodies to the strep.

    I had it and DS had it when DD was 2 days old. I just kept on going on like normal. I didn't let DS hold her or kiss her until he was on antibiotics for 24 hours though. Besides you are contagious even before you show symptoms, so baby has already been
