Prenatal swim exercise classes in SF

Does anyone know where I could take Prenatal swing exercise classes in SF? I found one at JCC but its during working hours. I don't understand why all these prenatal classes are during hours when people have to work.

I haven't looked in SF, but the Berkeley YMCA has prenatal water exercise classes in the evenings on Mondays and Fridays.  

You might not be able to find a specifically prenatal class, but you could probably do a gentle regular aqua fitness
