Possible flu?

I've been throwing up here and there for the last couple weeks but this morning I woke up feeling terrible and have been throwing up and have diarrhea. I'm nervous that I might have the stomach flu because morning sickness has been different and my symptoms match flu I am not running a fever though. Any advice on what to do? I'm nervous because this is my first pregnancy. I'm eight weeks.

I got sick at 5 weeks and I'm sick right now at 10 weeks. I would go to the doctor. They could prescribe Amoxicillin to fight any bacteria (they gave it to me for my Strep) but other than that I'd just take Children's Tylenol and do the BRAT die

My ms hadn't been too bad until I hit 6 weeks and it mowed me over. I thought I had a stomach bug but it never went away so it turns out my ms just amped up. Sorry you're sick! I hope it gets better!
