Ok last week I had spotting for a day. I'm on birth control, but I didn't really bleed a lot. I've been having for the last 3 weeks lower back pain, sick in my stomach in the morning, and now at night sometimes, sleeping a lot, I've had bad headaches, and been in a really bad moods. Is 3 weeks to soon to take a test? And is it better to take it first thing in the morning? Could I be? Even if I'm on the pill?

Should I wait till Tommow morning or is today ok. I just want accurate results so idk if morning would give better results

Even the pill isn't 100 percent effective, no birth control is, so yes you could be pregnant.  However none of us know you have to actually take a pregnancy test.
