Random wake up!

Does anyone have a time they wake up for no reason? I kid you not I wake up between 45 AM every morning and I have no clue why! And it's only been happening since I found out!

Yes this has been happening to me! I just go back to sleep but I do wake up randomly like that! Weird!

Yep I'm awake around 4 a.m every single morning. Which is so not a normal thing for me

I was up 2-4 hours many nights with my first pregnancy. This time I'm seeing an acupuncturist. It helped my insomnia while TTC and it hasn't returned yet.

August & After

I've been waking up as well, going back to sleep rather quickly, but if I become alert enough, I go to the bathroom just to empty my bladder so I don't wake up again.  I never ever woke up to pee before becoming pregnant.

So strange I wake up every morning around 5 as well! Wonder if there is done reason that is happening to all of us.

I'm about 5 weeks along, and this has happened to me almost every night since I found out. Typically I wake up at 5:00 am and can't get back to sleep. I assume it's nerves and/or hormones, but it's definitely annoying!

Story of my life! Ever since I found as well I'm up at the crack of dawn sooooo annoying!

I attribute it to nerves for me.  I am having trouble falling asleep and then having multiple wakings until I am up for good about 6 hours after I finally fall asleep.  Hopefully it doesn't last.

I've been waking up anywhere from 3am to 4:30am and have been having a hard time falling back asleep. Maybe it's natures way of preparing us for those early morning feedings
