Sticking tongue out?

DD sticks out her tongue a lot.  She's a smiley girl so it usually comes out then.  Is this normal?

    Dd just started doing this a couple weeks ago. She also loves doing raspberries, I think it's part of her body part discovery but its adorable too :

    Great to know she's not alone!  Never thought about her new teeth and the raspberries are out of control (in a good way)!
