Humidifier for nursery?

Baby is expected to make his/her arrival at the end of may/first of June so I'm trying to figure out if a humidifier is necessary for the nursery. Also, I was told by my sister & sister in law that I should get the cool mist instead of warm. I already have a warm one at home for myself so I'm trying to figure out what the difference really is. Would really like some feedback! Thanks!!

  • I always use it when my son is congested or has a cold and it helps a lot. Truth about the warm air ones and bacteria. You could also get a warm air vaporizer, because they do not grow bacteria. Another advantage of the cool mist is that there is not pote
