Symptoms come and go

I'm about 8 weeks pregnant with my first. My morning sickness was pretty bad for a couple of weeks but the last few days not bad at all. My first ultra sound is on Monday. Should I be worried or is it normal for symptoms to come and go?

It's normal. You can have no symptoms and have a great pregnancy. You can have morning sickness like a dog and still miscarry. You could have moderate symptoms. All it is is reaction to hormones and not a reliable indicator of the health of your pregnancy

I posted exactly the same last night ,me too 8 weeks last couple of days hardly felt any symptoms : I am having scan on tue feel so nervous !

Symptoms do come and go. Yesterday I could barely anything down, today wasn't too bad. I am thankful for today. It can be hard and very worrying from day-to-day. But everything is probably okay. Savor the good days!

I'm in my 9th week, I get nauseous every 3rd day usually.. It's normal. I was concerned at week 7 so my Doctor sent me for a u/s... I found out I was carrying twins!!

Try not to panic!
