Hello,

I am new to this site. I'm about 5 weeks 3 days pregnant. This is my second pregnancy since I miscarried in January. I was just wondering if anyone else felt this before: I really had to pee this morning but there were no restrooms available and so I held it in. Since I've been to the bathroom this morning, I've been feeling pressure in my lower stomach and the need to pee more often. Is this common in early pregnancy?

yes, it's common.  I read that in early pregnancy it's because your kidneys are starting to function more efficiently (getting ready to function for two), thus more frequent peeing.  Plus as you get farther along then the uterus growing puts pre

I get this every morning before I get up to pee. So I'm guessing it's normal. Pressure is probably on your bladder not your uterus.
