What is your experience with this virus? P woke up yesterday with a slight fever and runny nose. By 3pm the fever was up to 103.9. I gave him Advil and it went down. The fever didn't return until he woke up from his nap this afternoon. He's up to 101.5 and rising. I took him to the pedi and he looks fine otherwise. She said to keep an eye out for a rash in the next few days and if one develops, it's probably roseola.

Emma had roseola when she was 5 months old. 3 days of fever between 101 and 103 which came down with Tylenol and then crazy, non itchy rash the 4th day. Otherwise she was totally normal and happy. Good luck!

Layla had Roseola, she had an astronomically high (106.1) fever last summer after having a rollercoaster fever ranging from 101-103 for 2 days, up to 104.5 when I took her to the ER where it was 106.1 rectally).  She barely had a rash on her belly
