WCM diaper rash

We are swapping to cow's milk and little man is getting diaper rash from the poo.

We are doing half BM / half WCM and he gets it twice a day

What are you tips for treating this diaper rash

(i am very lucky that this is his first diaper rash ever)

Exact same thing happened to DS when we switched. I mix in a bowl the desatin in a purple tube, with first aid A&D ointment (first aid kind not the Ieper cream A&D). Smear it on and change Ieper often.

Thanks ladies! I will try going back to using wet paper towels/wash cloths for awhile and i hadn't even thought about soaking in the bathtub at night. We will do a couple of nights of showers.

Best thing for diaper rashes make sure you change diaper regularly. LOTS of cream each time A&D works really well you can also use some neoasporin if you want helps it heal faster.  I used to work in the infant/toddler room at a daycare that's wh

Just a thought...diaper rash can be a sign of a mild allergy. Your LO may not have a WCM allergy, but it's something to think about.

As for the rash itself, use cotton squares and water to wipe, as wipes may aggravate the problem. And Desit
