It's very popular around me central NJ. I know 3 under 2, my friend is pregnant with a Nora, 1 in DS's music class and 1 in DS's gymnastics class.

I know 3 Noras under the age six, one is a NN for Eleanor though. I also know two women who are in their 40s.

I live in the Northeast.  I know 3 Noras. One is probably 30 (and Lebanese), one is 14 and one is 6. The two younger ones are both Irish.

I know several baby Norah's but agree it will never reach Ella Emma Ava Sophia Olivia Madison level.
