Could i Be having a girl or a boy?

in 1st Trimester
Im about 7 weeks and already showing. A friend of mine said im gonna be having a girl because my bump is high. Go to my bump page and there is a pic to look at. What do you guys think too early to tell? Thanks and god bless

    7 weeks is too early to tell that you're pregnant, much less the sex.  I have to wait until 20-23 weeks before I can find out the sex, from what I've heard that is standard.

    At 7 weeks you are bloated and your organs are starting to push up. That is why you look like you are getting bigger. But it isn't baby yet,your uterus is still tucked safely behind your pubic cavity and will be until about 12 weeks.

    you wouldn't be showing yet. also, the wives tale is that if the bump is high, it's a boy.

    In the picture below you'll see where your uterus (ie. baby) is at the 3rd month - you're less than that.  The 'bump' you're seeing is gas/bloat.

    a.) Your "bump" is all gas at this point. Its bloat. Baby is the size of a blueberry. No where near being big enough to enlarge your uterus above your pubic bone.
    Sorry to burst your bubble, but you will have a bump before too long. I know you are

    Can't figure out the signature thing, so here's the short, short version.....first daughter born on November 10, 2013. She was conceived through the magic of IVF after 2+ years of TTC.

    Seriously? There are two ways to know if it's a boy or a girl.

    1. Ultrasound at 18-24 weeks (as PP said)

    2. Give birth
