XP: Our decision, with love *extremely sensitive*

First of all, I can't tell you how much it means to me to have all of your responses, thoughts, prayers etc you all have given in each and every one of my updates.  Thank you, sincerely. 

The FISH results came back from my amnio: confirmation of Trisomy 13.  I honestly did not expect anything other than that, but it still stung so badly.  As a parent, you can never NOT have a little hope left.  But after two different tests and an ultrasound performed by a Prenatal Diagnosis OB/GYN, we are sure this is what we have been dealt.  .

Our hearts are so incredibly heavy and full of sadness with this decision, however, we have decided that we need to let our little boy go.  And just as many of you have said, it is with the greatest of love that we have chosen to do so.

I have an appointment tomorrow morning to begin this process.  I'll have an ultrasound, speak with a counselor and paperwork.  I'll find out tomorrow what day this will happen.  It should be sometime next week.

I have a small list of you wonderful ladies that have gone through similar circumstances that have either offered to, or already told me about your stories.  If you don't mind and if you happen to respond to this thread, could you please let me know if you're willing to share with me and also what board you're mainly on so that I know exactly where to do a call out for PM?  Thank you so much.  I will update sometime tomorrow evening (might be late) on how the appointment goes.
