I'm doing great! Feeling like my normal self again. I actually started back running yesterday, and it felt really good! How are you feeling at 4 weeks?

Overall good.  My bumm is still a bit numb and I have a handful of muscle spasms in my back.  Today was the first day completely on my own and I am fine! Sleeping decent and minimal pain.  Dr says no gym or swimming till 6 weeks- so we star

Good! Once I started walking everyday, I feel like I started feeling better so much faster, so keep at it!

Awesome! Finally feel like myself again. I still have a little soreness in my stomach from bruising but it doesn't really bother me. I'm pretty much doing everything except going to the gym. My OB told me to wait until my 6 week appt before working out.

This is the first week where I am finally not having pain!  I was on pain meds up until last week.  So glad that I'm finally starting to feel better!!
