So this time around I'm having a lot more lower back and pubic pain. I'm considering getting a support belt. Anyone use one or know of anyone who did where it actually helped?

I use mine on occasion and it helps! I think I got it at BRU. My issue is lower back and sciatic pain and it takes the edge off.
