Thoughts on girl name

I think we have finally narrowed down the name for our baby girl after hours and hours of searching multiple websites and thousands of names.  I never thought it would be this hard!  We like unusual names, but nothing too crazy.  A few days ago we were thinking we would go with Guliana as the first name and call her Gia. Now we've decided that people will probably constantly spell it wrong and maybe call her Julie which we don't want.

So... now we are thinking Gianna Lynae and the last name starts with a hard G.  This name seems to make more sense for having a nickname Gia and the middle name is to honor a deceased relative with a name that has the "ne" sound at the end.  Thoughts on this name combo?  Will everyone know that it is pronouned "Gi-on-a" and not "Gi-anne-a"? Thanks!

I think it's cute. NMS but it's not bad. I always pronounce it as Gi-on-a.

Huh- I always pronounced it Gee-anna.  I have never heard it pronounced Gi-ona...?

I love it.  Gianna was on our short list as well and I think most people will say jee-AHN-ah or JAHN-ah which is the Italian pronunciation if I'm not mistaken.  I've never heard it pronounced Jee-anne-a.

I'd pronounce it Gee Ann Uh.

I do like it, but I like Gia more.

People who are familiar with the name will know it is Gi-on-a but just be prepared for a quite a few Gi-ann-as. No big deal, it won't scar her for life. but logically you see the "anna" within Gianna so it is pretty common for people to say it that way
