2yrs Ago Today (Loss Mentioned)

Two years ago today on DH's birthday we went in for our 12wk ultrasound and found out our LO stopped growing at 8.5wks and no longer had a heart beat,  A few weeks later we found out that our LO was a beautiful baby girl and we named her Hope.  As I sit here with B I am so grateful for him and I wouldn't change what we went through because if I did then he wouldn't be here.  At the same time though having him here some how makes the losses more real.  I look at him and I wonder if the 4 babies we lost would have looked or acted like him.  He puts a face to those LOs.  Does that make sense?

 I also feel bad that we went through that loss on DH's birthday because he just doesn't seem to get excited about the day anymore.  I asked him what he wants to do for his birthday etc. and his answer is always "Eh it's just another day."

Yes, i was literally thinking the exact same thing last night... so weird... i cant look at her without wondering what the 6 we lost would look like or act like... would they be as happy as her, or would they be opposite... as much as i hated hearing y
