background...ds has been bedsharing since 8 months & room sharing since...birth. we are moving toward the end of July. i want to try to make the transition to his own room & bed with our move. (i realize its close to arrival of new baby & appreciate lots of luck in advance) so, what is in your toddler's room...type of bed? etc. looking for ways to keep it safe. tia!
Re: toddler's room
My DS is still in a crib, and will be for a while longer. Heck, my DD is 2.5 and is still in a crib. His room isn't prepped for a big boy bed yet, but when we make the transition this is what we will do.
1. Outlet covers
2. Hide all e
Strap furniture! I second this.
We didn't buy straps we screwed a piece of wood into 2 studs and then took out the drawers and screwed the furniture into the board. It was cheap and seems to be even stronger than the straps would be.
