Do you need prenatal specific? If not you can follow almost any exercise program within reason just scale it back to 80% effort when you get a bfp and listen to your body. I still do the Jillian Michaels workouts I just modify them a bit.
I guess, not necessarily. I'm scared to do "normal" workouts because I'm afraid of hurting the LO. Do you think Zumba is too much? I haven't started it, but always been interested. I wish they had pregnancy exercise classes at our local YMCA.
Most doctors FWIW suggest not introducing new workouts while pregnant. If working out wasn't something you did regularly before being pregnant, I would maybe stick to just walking. However, you know your body and your limits. Just don't push yourself too

I bought 10 Minute Solutions: Prenatal Pilates with Lizbeth Garcia from Amazon and I really like it! There's 5 different 10 minute workouts and you can mix and match them. I'm mostly using it for the flexibility workout, but all the workouts target areas
