BLW chicken

How do or did you give your 6.5 month old chicken or any meat really? I'm very nervous about meats and we're having baked chicken breasts tonight. Did you do big strips? A whole breast?

    We have had a lot of luck with slightly shredded chicken for my six month old. We basically just break it up with the grain and she LOVES it.

    I can't lie though, it makes me nervous. I almost have to sit on my hands not to pull food out

    We do big strips. He has had strips of chicken breasts and strips of beef and crumbles of ground beef.

    I tried big strips and it didnt work for us. My lo has a really good pincer grasp so now she only wants things that sized so I just tore it up and she went to town. She loves meat, will totally pick around anything else on her tray to get to the meat.&nbs
