Preparing diapers

So I'm unsure how to prepare my diapers I have the correct laundry detergent but don't know how many times to wash everything.
10 thirsties covers
4 thirsties duo inserts
15 each size baby kicks hemp
15 premium baby kicks
36 each size unbleached osocozy
48 bumgenius 4.0 diapers and inserts
I'm confused mainly about washing the inserts especially the bg ones.
