So I want to go bike riding with the family but I have never been told if its ok or not. I am 5 months and we have no hills or rough areas in our neighborhood. I want to keep up with the rest of the family...I feel weird waddling behind DH and DD.

I think the real concern with bike riding while pregnant is that your balance may not be very good because your center of gravity changes as your belly grows. If you want to try, just be careful. ::mobile smiley::

If this were me, my personal concern would be that I can't even lift my legs straight up to put my socks on anymore - I have to twist my knee sideways - so biking would be a bit awkward for me lol. But like others have said, I think balance would
