no poop

I EBF & LO used to have many poops a day, down to one or two in the last month. I started solids about a month ago so I was thinking this is why. Yesterday she had the blow out of all blow outs & today is the first day she has not pooped at all. Think its cause of the blow out? When should I worry?

My little guy stopped having frequent poops after we introduced solids at 4.5 months. He now goes about every day and a half. He's been known to skip a day. He has very regular wet diapers, and he isn't having hard/solid-formed poops, so he's okay.

Yeah I've thought of the whole iron in cereal. I've only given cereal a few times, mostly its steamed & pureed fruits & veggies like peas, pears, apples, sweet potatoes, green beans, avocado. I'll have to keep a "poop journal" to see if there is a

Apples can back a baby up.. Apple juice is laxative.. We've had all sorts of issues but I've always had issues myself so I I'm not surprised.   When we have a problem we offer pears... Poop is helped by the five p's.. Pears, prunes,  peas, pumpk
