Mixing up LO's activities

I feel like DS is getting a little bit bored with our normal routine. Right now we spend a lot of time playing with toys in the floor, walking around in the backyard to see the dogs and plants, taking stroller walks, singing, and reading books. I feel like I'm missing some obvious easy ways to keep him entertained.
