Sibling name question

We are having another boy and we really like the name Ethan, but the thing is our first son's name is Evan. That names are so similar you just take out the "th" and insert a "v" and the are the same. What does everyone think.

I know a three sibling pairs with this name and everyone seems quite happy with it : Though I do know THREE pairs with these names. Very common names.

I know 2 sibling sets with these names, 1 is a set of twins and the other is a sib set. They are way too close for me personally but if that's the only name you agree on I think it could be worse.

I think Evan and Ethan are too close. My brothers are Brendan, Ryan and Evan. I like the flow of their names together.
