Ok so maybe I am a little hormonal too but anyway, I took B to Target to get some more shorts because he has grown out of his 12 month ones. There was a man, woman and baby shopping and they were kind of watching me and the dad asked how old LO is. I smiled and said 6 months and both of their mouths dropped. Apparently their baby is 9 months old and Brant is much longer and bigger. Then the mother told me "my goodness, your 6 month old could EAT my 9 month old". Ummmm. Really?! What would she have me do, put him on a diet?! By the time I got to the car I was upset. I think he is beautiful and healthy. What do you say to people like that?

Ug, think before you talk, people! I'm sorry you ran into those people. You should say both babies are perfect, only B is more efficient with his food, which makes him a survivor in a famine!

Eh my first was wearing 12 month clothes around 6 or 7 months. She was a 10 lb baby and just kept growing. I don't think people intend to he mean when they make those comments. I loved my chunker. Now she is thinning out!

It would really depend on their tone but I'd probably laugh...I don't think I'd feel insulted unless it were really obvious that they were trying to be mean. I agree with other gals though...they were probably jealous and your lo is gorgeous!
