What are some family traditions you and your family do? I am not necessarily talking about holiday traditions, just in general.
Most of the traditions we do are things my mom and dad did with us when we were kids. Just curious other little things people do with their family.

We try/want that to be a tradition but DH is going to school, so sadly this is impossible at the moment. Although, we do try.

I was curious more about every day traditions, because around Christmas we discussed holiday traditions. There are just certain things I remember doing with my parents growing up, like the family dinners.

We try to do big family breakfasts on weekends.
We walk the dog together in the woods every day we can. The kids go every day with at least one parent though.
We will do one gift opening at Christ
Each birthday I make a cake for them and at the exact time of their birth, we sing happy birthday. Thank god they were born at normal times.

Hmmm, most of these just started on their own. We have family movie/game night every Friday. We are together (i.e. we turn off the lights and mom and dad actually sit through the kid movie).
When the kids first came home from the hospital we too
Grandpa takes the kids to their first haircut. And any haircut they want after.
I know we have others but I cannot think of them right now.
For Birthdays - I made a wreath and banner that we will use every year for birthdays that will be up when they wake up. It's something a friend's mom did that I thought was a cute idea. Now that she's old enough this year it will be what sp
