So the last few days I have noticed that I am breaking out with something on my face, just on my cheeks on both sides.  Its like a rash with pink-ish bumps and it itches a little.  I thought at first that I was just starting to break out with acne, but it doesn't hurt like a pimple would.  I don't have this anywhere else on my body. What could this be? Pregnancy related?  Is it happening to anyone else?

Sometimes an itchy rash during pregnancy can be a problem called cholestasis. However, I'm pretty sure it is too early for that. Are you using any new soaps (face wash, shampoo, laundry soap)? It sounds like it might be some sort of allergy.

I had the same thing happen to me. It lasted on my face near my cheekbones for almost two weeks. I figured out it was a mix between my lotion, sun, and pregnancy.
I changed my moisturizer, and now it's fine.

I have something similiar on my chin. It is some kind of rash. I stopped using anything but a baby face block to see if it helps.
