Hi -
First of all, I don't use fancy abbreviations. I'm an English teacher, so whole words are awesome for me!
I am Day 4 today. I went in today for my baseline ultrasound. The doctor's office called and I am cleared to start Clomid tomorrow. What should I expect for that? Some have said that taking it at night is better. Is that the concensus?
Then my second ultrasound will be on the 24th of this month. After that I will take an injection of Pregnyl. Anyone else take that? Any side effects? I'm thankful my best friend is a physcian's assistant, so she will do that for me.
I'm super excited about this whole process! We've been trying since July 2011, and we're not getting any younger! Thanks for your help with this!

With the exception of the headaches, I did cry once when my husband
