I have not done encapsulation with either of my first two but am really looking into having it done this time around. My DH is really disgusted by it and wonders how I could trust someone that I'm actually getting MY placenta, etc. So I have two questions really. 1. Has anyone else had to get their DH onboard, and if so, how did you do it? and 2. How can I ensure that I'm using a reputable person? What sort of certification should I look for? I will be having a hospital birth so I will have to get my placenta myself and deliver it to the person who will do it.

1. My dh is mostly on board with it. He's totally grossed out, but also totally supportive. When we talked about it he said he wants me to do it (if i want to), but asked what i thought of waiting to take them if i felt like i need them. &n
