When you had your cs where were you numb and for how long? Mine was emergency and I had an epidural and I think they did a spinal because I was numb from the boobs down. I couldn't feel until like 10 at night and I had everything started at like 9 in the morning.
My c/s was scheduled for 7:00 a.m. They numbed me up immediately before surgery (while in the OR) and I think it started to really wear off around noonish that day. I was up and walking around by late afternoon the same day.
I had an unplanned c/s and had an epi all day. They put more of the epi in around 7:30pm, DS was born at 7:51 and I had feeling coming back by 9 I believe. I had complete feeling by 11 that night.

I had a spinal and was able to move my legs a but within 2-3 hrs. They made me walk at 12 hrs post surgery. I was so afraid my guts would fall out. They didn't.
