First RE Appt today

DH & I are both teachers and took the afternoon off to go to our first appt this time around.  We stopped to eat together at a local restaurant.  One of the owner's was working and is a mother to one of our students.  She said it was weird we were both there and asked if there was any good gossip to spread like we were having another baby.  If she only knew we were trying again.  Said it's just a dr. appt.  Hoping she is thinking the appt is for DS.

 We saw the RN, APN that we saw a lot last time.  She asked us about our DS and made us feel really comfortable.  She reminded me that we did 3 rounds of clomid last time, which I didn't remember thought it was only 1 1/2.  We were on our 3 round of injections and IUI's.  The last we did not find out until it was too late to get the IUI done so we conceived with intercourse.  She made a joke that if we did the IUI we might have had twins.  DH said then we wouldn't be there for this appt.  She said they would start us right were we left off, even same dosage since that was what worked.  She said we would do 3 rounds of this and see what happens, if nothing then moving to IVF. 

Since my cycle "started" last week and it is so regular and long, they drew blood to see me hormone levels and gave me a prescription for provera to stop the bleeding and start it again so we know when Day 1 actually is.  They also want to do another HSG to make sure nothing is blocked.   We will know the results of blood draw tomorrow or Wed.  Hoping it is so we can get the process going sooner, but if not looking forward to May.

 After she left the office, DH shared with me that he is worried that we could have twins.  I laughed and said yes.  It could also not be as easy as last time.  I shared with him that I was a lot more relaxed because I at least know the process and have gotten over my fear of needles the last time we did this.
