Using two different formula brands?

Okay so my son is on enfamil gentlease and does great on it! However, as we all know, enfamil costs an arm and a leg. We are on WIC and it only gets us through about half the month. I cant be spending 16 dollars for 12oz...really?!
Anyway, I know Targets upup brand has a "gentle" version that seems almost identical to gentlease, ingredient wise.
If the ingredients are basically the same, wouldn't I be able to give him the generic brand until our wic coupons start up again for the next month? He has a very sensitive tummy but I just don't know what else to do.

  • My daughter is on gentlease too and we are using the Parent's Choice generic; I read that this one was closest to the make up of Gentlease.  I would say you could try going back and forth with the brand and generic to see how your son tolerates it

  • DD also has a very sensitive tummy, and we tried the Target Up and Up Sensitive and she did horribly on it. Then we switched to the Babies R Us brand Soy, and she's like a whole new baby. She's happy all the time and never gassy. It's great because they a
