one nap already!

So last week was a really hard week for DD. She refused and cried at both of her nap times. We stick to a schedule and she would normally nap at 9 and 2 without fuss. I started doing some research and decided to change her schedule to only one nap around 12. The reason I decided this was a good idea is because last week when she would finally fall asleep it would only be a very short 20 minute nap and if she did not take an afternoon nap she was fine the rest of the day until she went to bed. 

 Is anyone else seeing this change so soon? 

She also moved to only nursing 3 times a day

my DS still takes 2 naps a day..one in the morning around 9 and the other around 2pm. both are on average 2 hours long

My LO has never been a good napper but she still takes two naps a day. Each are 45 minutes long usually once in a blue moon she'll sleep an hour or more. Sometimes she'll only get one nap a day if we have something going on in the morning and she's fine

Yep. Last week daycare asked if they could try 1 nap. She did great with it on Friday. She took 1 on Sat but 2 again Sun and today. I think we'll just play it by ear each day for a while. That's what we did with DS too. It took about a month to fully swit

We generally do two naps, one at about 9 for 2ish hours and another at about 2 or 3 for about an hour.  That seems to work so she's sleepy and ready for bed at 8ish.  I'm not ready for one nap!
