Do any runners our there take BioFlex of Flexamin or any other sort of glucosamine product for joints? I've been running for about 4 years and have been having hip problems for the past 2 years. I've limited my training, been professionally fitted for new shoes, stretched correctly, etc. and I still seem to have some issues with hip pain.
We will also start TTC in about 2 months and I'm unsure if adding a glucosamine tablet once or twice a day to my daily vitamin and probiotic would be a bad idea.
I just wanted to get some input from here before calling my doctor.

I'd ask your doctor, just to be sure.
I'm not a runner, but I do take glucosamine and took it while pregnant, with doctor approval. For some reason, the LC had an issue with it (I think because it's a salt) and had me off of it while BFing.
