Following what PP said, the citi mini is not a jogger. They need inflatable wheels and shocks designed for running. I stalked Craig's List and got a BOB for a decent price. Maybe try looking there?

I have a baby trend one (don't remember the model) that I got at a great price from Albeebaby.com. It's rugged enough for my usage, but still very maneuverable, and easy to collapse. No fancy features, but I love it and would highly recommend it.
