BBT drop, expect ovulation?

I am new to BBT'ing. I started last cycle. This cycle I have had a pretty regular bbt leveling between 97.6 and 97.7. Yesterday it rose to 97.9 and this morning I took my bbt and my temp had dropped to 97.4. From charts I've seen on forums and on information websites, it seems after this drop happens, the big rise in temperature usually occures the next day, meaning you have ovulated. 

 

Should I be expecting to ovulate today with this temp drop? I just thought it was a significant drop and wasn't quite sure what to make of it. Here is my chart!

I did have an ultrasound on my follicles this morning. It showed I have two, one on each side. One measuring 17.5mm and the other measuring 18 something mm. I can't remember what she said after 18! They did blood work to check my progesterone and HCG levels I think and are supposed to be calling me to tell me whether to take a trigger shot today or tomorrow or even at all.  

My first child DS was born on 12.02.08 TTC since 02.2009 Diagnosed with PCOS 06.2010 Started Metformin 500mg 4x a day =2000mg 06.2010 One cycle Clomid on 08.2010 BFN 09.05.2010 Diagnosed with 21 Hydroxylase Deficiency 09.15.2010 Started Prometrium 10.01.2010 Saw a Genetic Counselor 10.14.2010 BFN 11.01.2010 Started 2.5mg Femara 1x a day 12.21.2010 BFP 01.27.2011 EDD 09.27.2011 First US scheduled 02.08.11 - EXCITED! 4th US and walk through for CVS procedure scheduled for 03.03.11 2nd child DD born on 09.14.11! BFP 10.27.12 - unexpected/unplanned conception :) EDD 07.12.13 CVS scheduled for 12.26.12 12.28.12 found out baby is a girl :) expecting DD #2 Started bleeding on 12.28.12 Lost DD #2 due to no heart beat on 01/22/13 delivered naturally 01/24/13 D&C to remove placenta for not descending Started 200mg Prometrium for 10 nights 02.22.13 Finished Prometrium on 03.03.13 Started 5mg Femara for 5 days on 03.04.13 BFP 05.03.13 EDD 01.07.14 3rd child DS born on 01.06.14! Surprise BFP 06.03.15 EDD 02.07.16

    That drop is not significant and you should expect several slight drops and rises before a sustained rise for at least three days confirms ovulation.  Also, the day that your temperature rises above your coverline is the day you O, not

    Two healthy boys weighing 4 lbs 15 ozs and 4 lbs 5 ozs.  Only 6 days in the NICU and getting bigger, stronger and cuter every day!

    Thank you! Yeah I knew that it didn't mean I had O'ed, I just wondered if it meant maybe I might be getting ready to O tomorrow because I've seen it on several charts where that drop occurs right before the rise. Thank you!!!!!

    I can't offer you any advice because I don't ovulate without medications.  You may get more responses on the TTC or the TTTC boards.  Most of the women here are on the infertility board have a known diagnosis and a good majority are doing IVF

    Married June 2011 Dx: anovulatory due to prolactinoma (1.5cmx 1.5cm in 2006)
    April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary ; referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
    cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
    cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
    cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)
    Repeat MRI July 25,2012- Cyst unchanged, likely old infarction.
    Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
    Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
    Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
    Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
    IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
    IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147 :(, beta #3 3/4: 268 told to stop meds and let nature take its course. requested 4th beta (3/6); Beta hell for 2 months.

    FET # 2: endometrial scratch 5/6, added estrace vaginally and ASA to delestrogen and PIO. June 10- transferred one 4AA hatched embryo, BFP 4dp6dt, Beta 1 (9dp6dt) 187, Beta 2 (11dp6dt): 412; Beta 3 (15dp6dt ): 4452. U/S #1- one beautiful embryo with a heartbeat of 133 at 7 weeks.  8 weeks: heartbeat 156. EDD 2/26/2014: born 2-3-14 induced due to Pre-E and HELLP at 36w5d.

    12/1: met with RE to discuss trying for #2
