Overnight diapers

Almost every morning DD wakes up soaked in a puddle.  We change her diaper right before bed but it makes no difference.  Can anyone recommend an overnight diaper or another solution?  We've been using the Up&Up diapers and we like them a lot but it doesn't seem like they're good for overnight.

We can't use Luvs or Huggies, she gets a rash.

TIA!!

Re: Overnight diapers

  • Try using the next size up at night. I used pampers baby dry with DD. DS does not go nearly as much as night for some reason. BRU also sells inserts you can put in the diaper.

  • Buy a onesize cloth diaper cover. I can personally recommend Thirsties Duo or Rumparooz brands. They cost about $13-17 bucks but will contain the wettness and can be used a few times before needing to be washed simply wipe the inside out and let a

  • Wish I could help. I've been having the same problem with DS. Switched to Pampers Overnights, and he pees through those too.

  • We use diaper doublers, also called diaper boosters. They have solved our issues.

  • I agree with other comments, go a size up and and if still needed, use an insert.

  • Pampers Extra Protection work well for us.  The Baby Dry are okay, but if she sleeps 12 hours, it sometimes leaks.

  • We tried all the overnight diapers and he was still soaking through. I switched back to what he wore when he was little (pampers swaddlers) and they worked!!! I would try the swaddlers! Good luck!!!!
  • We use pampers extra overnight protection, and rarely have a problem...

but... Are the a stomach sleeper or a back sleeper? If a back sleeper, put it on backwards... That way the part that holds the liquid is under neath and will help... If a ott

  • SO SO Sorry for the post and run, I got distracted by the awful news from Boston.  Thanks for your suggestions, I think I'll try buying some Pampers overnights.  DD wore Pampers without a problem when she was an infant and I only switched to

  • I use Pampers Baby Dry at night, and they're great at absorbing more but if my son poops at night they don't do well to hold. But otherwise they do much better for long periods of time than the Swaddlers do.
  • We had the same problem we switched from pampers baby dry to pampers extra protection and he no longer leaks through and sleeps trough the night.
