Weight Watchers Day 1

I finally decided to join weight watchers after a few friends of mine did & have had success. Today is Day 1- my daily points are 27.The point system will take some getting used to, but I have the app on my phone to help me out & the bar code scanner.

Anyone have any tips/advice?

B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home.   • I'm a WWer but my body is sluggish with losing weight. It took me a full year to lose 32 lbs. I started WW in March 2012 weighing 188 lbs. I'm now 156. GL to you!
