Oy shallow latch...

I can just feel my nipple scrape scrape scraping the roof of LOs mouth. Have tried to relatch over 15 times now...cannot get her to gape wide enough for longer than a millisecond.
I deserve this for posting earlier that I would put up with it if it meant DD goes to sleep faster!! She's having a growth spurt and hasn't slept longer than 2 1/2 hours yet tonight!
Wishing others better luck with sleepy nursers than I'm having tonight.

We have issues with shallow latch when LO is sleepy or going through a growth spurt. I swear, after both the growth spurts we've been through so far, I expect a couple of days to retrain her latch after the next one happens.
