Sippy cups for 19mo

She has a sippy cup that she has to tilt her head back to use during meals, and has one with a straw for juice and milk.  Is there a certain type of cup that is better for her?  Is a straw going to effect her teeth?

    A straw cup, especially a softer straw, is better for her oral health.
