12 month old feeding schedule

What's your 12 month old's feeding schedule? (what time, what LO eats, whether LO still drinks BM/formula [if so, how much?]

Did you start this schedule earlier than 12 months? When did you decrease the regular 5/6 bottles a day?

I'm curious what other people are doing as well. We are still taking 4 bottles a day. She is still not eating much solids. It is hit or miss each day. 

7:30 am 4 oz bottle followed by breakfast ( usually cereal or yogurt)

He weaned off BFing 2 days before his birthday, so he doesn't get any formula or BM now.  We offer cows milk with every meal, but he rarely drinks more than a couple sips.  

Below is a typical day. 

Breakfast: 745am

Our eating schedule at 12 months (still nursing)

2:37am - nurse.

7:37am - nurse.

8:15am - Breakfast.  He's been doing 3 meals a day since 6 months and eats pretty much the same thing I do for every meal.
